The freshly minted Landmark Pune champion Rajiv Rai will ask questions from the 2011 CEAT Open. Rajiv has already conducted two great quizzes for us this year ( Kurukshetra and the Round Table Quiz) and this promises to be no different.

Mega-Whats 2010

The second edition of Mega-Whats, the KQA's National Open Quizzing Championship, takes place this Sunday in nine cities across the country. The BQC had a strong showing at last year's event,with 3 of our teams in the top ten.

The Mumbai round will take place at the IES Management College in Bandra. There are prizes for the Best School,College and Open Teams. There is no entry fee.

Francis Rodrigues hosts the final BQC quiz of the calendar year this Sunday. If his last quiz in 2008 was any indication, we should be in for an interesting afternoon at Pinstorm (Phallic Museum in Iceland #youremember).

The Round Table Quiz (Mumbai edition)

The long awaited Round Table Quiz finally takes place in Chennai this Saturday (details: here). Since quite a few of us can't make the trip to Chennai, the QM has decided to let us have a shot at the quiz. Vibhendu will be QM for the afternoon as Rajiv as away for the weekend. Like Rajiv's season opener,we'll be starting the quiz at 3 sharp (I'm expecting a big turnout so please turn up on time)

Vik Joshi conducts his second themed quiz of the season this week on 3 of his favorite topics - Food,Fashion and Architecture. We'll be starting an hour later so that people have time to return from Dhananjay's quiz at JBIMS.

Shubhankar Gokhale

Shubhankar Gokhale has made a Tiger Woodsian debut at the BQC this season and currently lies second in the standings,just behind Vikram Joshi. Vik won't be caught by Shubhankar this weekend as the latter hosts his first BQC quiz at Pinstorm.
